1. General
1.1. Machine system (the “Company”) is the owner and operator of Machine.co.il, which serves as a publication and promotion index for the heavy equipment field in Israel, and which includes sub-sites and related sites (collectively and individually, the “Site”). The purpose of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of the Terms of Use, is, among other things, to review the manner in which the Company stores and uses information provided to it by users of the Site and/or collected by it or on its behalf during use of the Site.
1.2. Browsing and use of the Site are subject to your prior consent to the Terms of Use as detailed below in this Privacy Policy and in the Terms and Conditions.
1.3. We respect the privacy of our users and act in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), to the extent they apply.
1.4. Before using the Site, you are requested to read this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions carefully. Use of the Site indicates your agreement to the provisions of this Privacy Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions, you are requested to refrain from any use of the Site and/or the services offered therein.
1.5. The Company may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technological, business, legal, and/or regulatory changes and the like. In such cases, the changes will be updated in this document and published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes will constitute your consent to those changes; therefore, the Company recommends reviewing this Privacy Policy from time to time.
1.6. This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only and refers to all genders.
1.7. In this Privacy Policy, the singular shall include the plural, as the context requires.

2. Registration Procedures and Provision of Personal Information
2.1. Prior to registering on the Site (the “Registration”), you are required to provide personal information such as: first name, last name, phone numbers, address, email address and more. We emphasize that the data delivered by you is not obligated by law but without providing data that is defined as “must”, you would not be able to use the services offered on the Site such as the publication of ads. Mandatory defined data will be marked conspicuously different from other fields. In addition, technical information is collected automatically (such as IP address, browser type, general location, usage data, and cookies) באמצעות external tools.
2.2. Providing false details constitutes a criminal offense, and anyone who does so may be subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.
2.3. For the purpose of registration, the entry of order details by the user shall be considered an offer (the “Proposal”). After registration, the Company may accept or reject the Offer, and only receipt of confirmation from the Company by email shall be considered acceptance of the Offer and the user’s enrollment on the Site (the “Subscriber”).
2.4. Registration on the Site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3. Confidentiality of User Information and Information Security
3.1. To register on the Site, you must provide personal information as detailed in Section 2.1 of this Privacy Policy (the “Information”).
3.2. The Information will be stored in the Company’s database. The Company undertakes not to use the Information without the user’s authorization unless required by law or to prevent misuse. The Company will use the Information and allow access to it only for the purpose of providing its services and subject to this Privacy Policy.
3.3. The Company takes customary precautions to maintain, as far as possible, the confidentiality of the Information. Notwithstanding the above, if the Information is lost or used without authorization due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control and/or force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the user and/or any other person.
3.4. The Company undertakes not to use the details of registered users except for the operation of the Site.
3.5. The Company may contact the user by email and/or text messages (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) regarding information about promotions, advertisements, and the like.
3.6. The Company will not transfer the user’s personal details to a third party except in the following cases:
3.6.1. The user has committed an act or omission that harms or may harm the Company or any third parties.
3.6.2. The user has used the Company’s services to perform an illegal act or to assist in performing such an act.
3.6.3. The user has violated this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with the Company or its representatives.
3.6.4. The Company has been given a judicial order instructing it to provide the user’s details.
3.6.5. In any case of a dispute, disagreement, or legal proceedings between the user and the Company, if any.

4. User Rights
4.1. Any user may request to review the information stored about them, request correction of incorrect information, request deletion of information, and withdraw consent for the use of information for marketing purposes.
4.2. Requests may be sent to [email protected], and the Company will make reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the law.

5. Technological Tools for Collecting Information
5.1. The Company uses standard technological tools for collecting information, such as cookies, Google Analytics, web beacons, and Meta (Facebook) pixel, for the purpose of analyzing statistical data regarding use of the Site and improving the browsing experience.
5.2. A cookie is a small data file transferred to and stored on the user’s computer or mobile device to record use of the Site’s services.
5.3. Cookie settings can be changed at any time in the browser settings; however, doing so may impair the use of and browsing experience on the Site.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
6.1. The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
6.2. The latest update will appear at the bottom of the page.
6.3. Use of the Site after a policy update constitutes agreement to the updated version.
